The Hawker Program
3rd St. Market Hall partnered with Dairyland Old Fashioned Custard & Hamburgers to operate a program that gives restaurant start-ups an opportunity to develop their brand in a collaborative environment. The term “Hawker Stalls” given to these incubator units pays homage to the culture of street food vendors or “hawkers” that originated in Southeast Asia.
The Dairyland team will provide guidance to your young business and use of the shared kitchen and equipment. In addition to growing the dining scene of the Cream City, the goal of this program is to reduce the risk for you to pursue your passions by creating a community of talent and information sharing.
The Hawker Program is overseen by the group behind Dairyland Old Fashioned Hamburgers.
