MARKET HALL POLICIES

safety & conduct

• No clothing or language that inpinges on the sensitivities of others.
• no fighting, threats of violence or hostility of any kind.
• No possession or consumption of illegal substances on the property. 
• No literature distribution, solicitation of money or donations without permission. 
• No firearms or weapons allowed on the premises except for law enforcement.
• No sleeping, smoking, vaping or vomiting.

age restrictions

• No children (under age 18) during school hours or after 6pm unaccompanied by a parent, teacher or legal guardian.

• 3rd st. market hall is 21+ starting at 8PM daily.

reservations

• First come first serve for all games, seating areas. * Exceptions made for private or semi-private parties. 
• for small groups or celebrations we recommend arriving early to secure tables. reservations are not accepted.
• no outside food or drink is permitted within the 3rd st. market hall

games

• We reserve the right to set a max of 1 hour at anytime.
• Theft of game controllers or equipment used for shuffleboard, snookball or Top Golf will result in an automatic charge of replacement costs. 

pet policy

• Dogs and pets are welcome on the outdoor plaza. due to health department restrictions they are not allowed inside 3rd st. market hall
• service animals welcome - Service dogs are trained to do work or perform a task for persons with disabilities
• comfort and/or emotional support animals are recognized by the ada and are not allowed inside 3rd st. market hall.
