Our dishes are prepared in-house by hand rolling each egg roll to perfection and constructing our 10-hour pho broth, cooked low and slow to extract the flavors from the beef bones, meats, and five-spice.
Our secret to making pho is love and passion. We supply an authentic experience by sourcing quality ingredients that are native to Vietnamese cuisine, and we are ecstatic to share our love for Vietnamese cuisine with everyone.

About us
The owners, Shim and Mauly, love pho so much that they can eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Shim’s dream was to open his own Vietnamese restaurant and share the staple dishes he and Mauly love. Together they founded Pho Spot MKE. The name Pho Spot MKE reflects their speciality - pho, making it easy for guests to remember.
Shim and Mauly's goal is to supply an authentic experience by sourcing quality ingredients that are native to Vietnamese cuisine.
