About PAPER PLANE PIZZA

No frills Pizza

What started as a Chicago food truck & small pop up created by food & beverage veterans, Dustin Drankiewicz and Milos Stevanovic, Paper Plane Pizza has now expanded into a large Chicago restaurant and also to their first location outside of Chicago, 3rd Street Market Hall.  Dustin is a Milwaukee native who made it his mission to bring his pizza concept to his hometown. Co-founder, Milos has created a unique dough formula and fermentation process that creates a one of a kind vessel to showcase some fresh, local, and quality ingredients.  The Duo will also be showcasing their homemade breads with their “fan favorite” hoagies and salads as well. The team hopes to serve all of Milwaukee and the Paper Plane Pizza menu is available for catering orders for your next birthday, game day event or divorce party.  Pizza goes well with everything. . .
